Kidz Zone at ScienceAlive! provides hands on activities for children aged 2-6 years and their parents.
It provides a relaxing environment for parents and caregivers with plenty of seating. There are toilet and changing facilities within Kidz Zone.

Offering an educational experience with science and nature themes, Kidz Zone allows children to explore the world of animals, insects, sea life, dinosaurs and wild animals.

Children can experiment with magnets, magnification, colours and gears, as well as a selection of games, puzzles, books, puppets and construction toys.

On week days during term time we recommend afternoon visits or phoning prior to your visit to check that we have no Early Childhood Groups visiting Kidz Zone.

For Early Childhood groups with 3-4 year olds we offer SCIENCE WONDERS in Kidz Zone.

For Early Childhood groups with children of all ages we offer pre-booked groups:

• Staff to meet and greet you and assist at times during your visit.
• Time in Kidz Zone to experiment and explore all the activities.
• Time in the main Interactive Area to try some of the more challenging exhibits.

1 adult to every 3 paying children receives free entry
